Self-taught artist, Iris Rosenhagen is a 15 year-old eco-activist, photographer, and yogi. She fascinated with the beauty & magic of nature, and the connection it holds to healthy living and spiritual growth. Currently pursuing an Associates Degree, she plans to study homeopathic medicine, Ayurvedic nutrition, forest therapy, and overall well-being. She is co-founder of the community outreach program Beach Bucket Brigade with her twin sister Cayla and has been passionate about conservation from a very young age. She serves on the Board of Directors for Four Harbors Audubon and thrives on sharing her passion for nature with others.
Iris describes her art as eclectic and is often inspired by mythology from a variety of cultures. Her media preferences include colored pencil, oil pastel, gouache, and acrylics, however she loves to experiment with any materials that come her way.
